Responsibilities
- Deliver Unforgettable Experiences: Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with a smile, ensuring every patron feels valued.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to answer guest inquiries confidently.
- Upselling & Recommendations: Proactively suggest appetizers, specials, or premium drinks to enhance the guest experience and achieve sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, set tables according to standards, and ensure the bar and service areas are fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and resolve any service issues immediately.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations (TIPS certified).
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (crucial for part-time roles).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional demeanor that aligns with our brand image.
- Alcohol Awareness: Must be at least 21 years old and hold a current TIPS (or equivalent) certification.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in various station assignments as needed.
