Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value SEO opportunities.
- Execute on-page and technical SEO optimizations to improve site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with user intent and search trends.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports.
- Build and manage backlink profiles through outreach and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure UI/UX elements are optimized for conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area or a remote capacity.
- Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
