Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Create compelling content including blog posts, videos, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage social media communities and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
- Assist in SEO strategy implementation and keyword research
- Track marketing budgets and ROI for assigned campaigns
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of marketing experience with digital campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools
- Strong writing and editing skills with portfolio samples
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work between 20-25 hours weekly with adjustable schedule
