Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
