Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and displays promptly to maintain high inventory levels.
- Organize merchandise and rotate stock to ensure product freshness.
- Unload delivery trucks and transport goods to the sales floor safely.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
- Check product labels for accuracy and price changes.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the morning crew.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic reading skills for reading labels and safety signage.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or stocking is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
