- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and folding clothes.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries about products, services, and store policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and dress code guidelines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train motivated candidates with little to no background in retail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 20 lbs).
