Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing regular stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
