- Support visual merchandising standards through regular stock replenishment and display maintenance
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new arrivals and trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
