Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to company guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including stock receiving and organization
- Operate opening/closing procedures for evening shifts including security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students encouraged to apply)
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
