Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organize merchandise according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and promotional objectives
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Availability for 3-4 shifts weekly (20-28 hours total)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; students welcome
