Responsibilities
- Stocking & Shelving: Efficiently unload deliveries and organize merchandise on shelves according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate products to ensure freshness, and replenish items as needed.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and safe for customers at all times.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers who may need assistance finding products.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other heavy machinery as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure displays are presentable and accurate.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
