Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a welcoming atmosphere and assist customers with their inquiries and product selections.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels, organize merchandise, and execute seasonal displays.
- Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and assist with opening/closing duties as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
