- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise presentation.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash registers responsibly, including counting drawers and processing returns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
