Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the store's appearance, including organizing merchandise, cleaning shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy.
- Sales Support: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Stay current with product knowledge, trends, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell items to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and assist in stocking inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
