Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and event periods
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and tourism a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for potential errands (not mandatory)
