Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Participate in special events and promotions highlighting local Nashville vendors
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and adhering to security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for Nashville's local culture
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a flexible schedule
