Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized style consultations and product recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and daily upkeep
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on trends and inventory
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and helping others
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
