Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and maintain clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in product knowledge training to effectively communicate brand value
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and evenings (20-25 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
