Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative floor coverage and communication
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including store preparation and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
- Reliable transportation to/from store location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
