Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping experience
- Manage inventory counts and assist with receiving new shipments
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor with attention to detail

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
