Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a clean, inviting, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock merchandise and assist in inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on retention.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
