Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, checking stock levels, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
- Merchandising: Ensure product displays are presented according to company standards and seasonal promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store operations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
