Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support visual merchandising efforts including floorset changes and promotional displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on merchandise offerings
- Contribute to achieving store sales goals through suggestive selling techniques
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled students encouraged
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not requiredâwe provide comprehensive training
- Reliable transportation to store locations across Seattle
