Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using our provided POS systems
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other provided retail equipment
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock shelves as needed
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Participate in inventory counts and store operations as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Boulevard location
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn provided systems
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
