Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock, organize, and visually merchandise displays to maximize sales appeal
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in floor moves and seasonal visual transformations
- Support store opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
