Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Drive sales through upselling and product knowledge demonstrations
- Maintain clean, organized store environment during all shifts
- Participate in store inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to McKinney Ave location
- Passion for fashion/home goods and trend awareness
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
