Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and manage cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure store cleanliness
- Support inventory management through stock counts and replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Process returns/exchanges while adhering to company policies
- Participate in store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Valid California driver's license (for inventory transport)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
