Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued, welcomed, and understood.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store, keeping displays fresh, organized, and on-brand.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store operations.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
