Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing detailed product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
