Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior shopping experience by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling returns.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and racks, ensuring displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by performing regular cleaning tasks and organizing the sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
