Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Organize and stock products according to company standards and visual plans
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure all products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
