Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and visually appealing.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
