Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and maintain visually compelling store displays
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal product launches
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Actively drive sales through upselling and loyalty program promotion
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising aptitude and fashion sense
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology
