Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information to ensure satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments responsibly.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in a clean, organized, and visually appealing condition.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional events to effectively inform customers.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
