Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual standards to ensure the store looks inviting.
- Assist in inventory management and receiving shipments.
- Answer phone inquiries and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
