Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Organize, merchandise, and maintain the sales floor to company standards.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Assist with store events and promotional activities as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
