Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and merchandise inventory during pre-dawn shifts
- Maintain precise stock rotation and inventory accuracy standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize floor readiness
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company standards
- Contribute to loss prevention through organized stock management
- Support store opening procedures with precision timing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Basic inventory management knowledge preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus
