Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and services.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and report shortages.
- Support: Assist in setting up promotional displays and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Communication: Communicate customer feedback and product inquiries to the store manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and bend/reach frequently.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
