Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain an organized, visually appealing store layout.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and processing deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and price verification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
