Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly and assist them with finding the perfect products that meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times to enhance the customer experience.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage gift card sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
