Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Participate in team training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques
- Contribute to achieving daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Support loss prevention efforts by following security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
