Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product knowledge, and explaining features and benefits.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling various payment methods.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, replenishing stock, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and efficiency.
- Participate in store promotional events and merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS systems is a plus.
- A passion for sales and a drive to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stock merchandise as needed.
