Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly, answer inquiries, and guide them to products with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS), handle returns and exchanges efficiently, and resolve customer concerns with a smile.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and communicate with management regarding stock shortages or promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during peak hours, assist with training new hires, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise for extended periods; comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Dependability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
