Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked, priced, and displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking new shipments as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS software is preferred.
