Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to meet company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Support promotional events and store displays to drive sales and engagement.
- Cash handling and daily reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Friendly demeanor with a strong customer-first attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
