Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a pristine store environment, including merchandising displays and keeping the sales floor organized.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
