Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and safe working environments in stockrooms and sales floors
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Available for early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to Ala Moana area
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
