Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and rotating merchandise.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
