Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store through merchandising and organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
