Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor actively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
